PERMITS / BUILDING INSPECTIONS / CODE ENFORCEMENT  

Our offices are open Monday - Friday 7:30a.m. - 4:30p.m. 

Inspection requests need to be made 24 hours in advance for next day inspections.  Please schedule inspections by calling the Building Department at (509)754-4601 ext. 133.

This Department is responsible for administration and enforcement of the State Building Code Act, the Ephrata Municipal Code, and other regulations governing land use/construction, alterations, and use of new and existing buildings within the City of Ephrata.
