For over a decade, the City’s revenue structure has not been sustainable.
As a City, we have been working a four-part plan for the last eight-years to address this problem. This report is to identify how and why the City’s revenues became unsustainable, and address and outline our plan for moving forward; both in terms of what has been done, and what will need to be done.
