E. Koch

  Corporal Koch served five and a half years with the U.S. Marine Corps. In June 2004, Corporal Koch joined the Ephrata Police Department as a Patrolman, graduating from the Basic Law Enforcement Academy in December 2004. He has has also attended Big Bend Community College. He was promoted to the position of Corporal in January 2007.
