Ephrata Park's and Recreation Department Refund Policy Sometimes things don’t go as planned. For that reason the City of Ephrata’s Recreation Department reserves the right to combine, move, change or cancel any class or activity. In such a case, we will do our best to notify all participants of the cancellation or change. Department initiated cancellations will be refunded in full. Any participant initiated refunds must be requested at least three (3) working days prior to the start of the activity and will not be issued with out a $5 per person per activity administrative fee. Credits are not issued for missed classes.
