          Notice is hereby given that the Ephrata City Council will be conducting a Special Meeting on May 09, 2024 at Ephrata City Hall, 121 Alder Street SW at 6:00 p.m. to conduct an Executive Session per RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) to discuss litigation or potential litigation for approximately 60 minutes and to consider DOE Water Rights Settlement and consideration of Agreed Order Amendment #3 regarding Grant County Landfill.
