Request for Water Conservation

Due to on-going repair work at Well #9 (located on G Street SW), the City of Ephrata is experiencing decreased water reservoir storage.  Out of an abundance of caution to ensure adequate water supplies are maintained, the City of Ephrata and Ephrata School District are suspending watering of parks and school grounds for the next several days.  The reservoir capacity will be constantly monitored and reassessed on Monday July 3^rd.

In addition to the efforts of the City and School District, residents are encouraged to take reasonable steps to conserve water during this time – particularly considering the upcoming holiday weekend.
