Splash Zone Jobs 2024

The 2024 Splash Zone season is quickly approaching. We are preparing for another fun and proficient summer. Hiring great staff is the top priority as we prepare for the upcoming season.  Our quality of service continues to improve each year as we promote healthy lives and a closer community within the City of Ephrata. We hope to build a great team at Splash Zone this year and further hope you’ll apply to be a part of it!

This year we will be accepting applications for all staff positions at Splash Zone. Any position that you will be seeking needs to be placed on your application specifically. If you want to apply to be a Manager, put “Manager” in the position you are applying for. If you would accept Manager, Head Guard, Concessions, or Lifeguard, you will need to place “Manager/Head Guard/Concessions/Lifeguard.” Please place them in the order of preference.

Please note if you worked at Splash Zone last summer (2023) then you will just need to turn in a Splash Zone Application.  If this will be your first year applying/working for Splash Zone please submit a resume, bio letter, and an application to City Hall. A "Bio Letter" is a simple introduction of who you are; your name, grade/age, interests, and why you would like to work at Splash Zone this summer. Please keep them limited to 1-2 paragraphs. You can drop off or mail your completed resume, bio letter, and application to City Hall, 121 Alder Street SW, Ephrata. deadline.
