Court Orders and Other Official Documents for Service
The Ephrata Police Department will only serve documents when ordered to by the issuing court. The Grant County Sheriff's Office Civil Division does offer document service for certain civil and criminal matters.  A list of fees can be found on their Civil Division page.

Process Servers - If you have served a Protection Order issued by any Grant County Court in which the Petitioner lives in Ephrata, please forward a copy of the Return of Service by fax to 509-754-1294.

Arrest Warrants
The Ephrata Police Department cannot confirm the status of an arrest warrant to the general public or the individual in question. As we are not the official record holder, we are not permitted to release that information. If you need to confirm whether there is an active arrest warrant for any individual issued by a Grant County Court, please contact the Grant County Sheriff's Office in person. You may be asked to provide valid photo identification.

The Ephrata Police Department may serve an arrest warrant upon its confirmation with the official record holder and if the Grant County Jail will accept the arrest per their current restrictions.
