NEW Software Program for billing and payments - WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
We want to share some exciting news!
The City is converting to a new software program for billing and payments starting with the January 2024 billing cycle! This new software will offer a more streamlined and user-friendly online experience, making navigating and accessing the information you need easier. Your January bill will look different from past bills, so we encourage you to review it and familiarize yourself with the new look and details.
With the conversion, there will be a temporary interruption in our payment processing as we move into the new system. Please read the following information carefully:
CASH AND CHECK-PAYING CUSTOMERS WILL NOT BE AFFECTED BY THIS INTERRUPTION
NO CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED BETWEEN MONDAY, JANUARY 22 THROUGH WEDNESDAY JANUARY 31, 2024. Due to the nature of the conversion for the billing cycle, we cannot accept card payments online, in person, or over the phone during this timeframe. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and kindly request that you make arrangements to ensure the timely payment of your account. Please get in touch with us promptly so we can work with you on scheduling a payment arrangement that works for you. Rest assured, this temporary interruption is necessary to ensure a smooth and seamless transition to our new software.
